Well I got back today from this crazy city and all I can say is that its one off the best cities in the world and I had an amazing week, despite being nearly pick pocketed twice and being offered every drug under the sun every 30 seconds. We stayed right in the middle off the city, just off le ramblas in some skanky 1 star hotel but that only made it better. I took the kids bike with me and although sustaining a puncture within 5 minutes on the first night I managed to fit some riding in, mainly just bombing around the city. Here’s some photos as pictures will speak a thousand words so enjoi. Cheers to Louise, Amy and Moody for the pictures. The shitty ones are off my phone.
*EDIT* The Troglo Ditos were a cheap cereal from Spain that was packed sooo tightly that you could hit someone over the head and it was like being hit by a brick. Absolutely ace.
So today is the day I get to escape this miserable weather for more temperate climates. We’ve got a 26 hour coach journey ahead off us to get there and my bikes been smuggled aboard in a guitar case so all thats left to say is Adios Amigos.
